Riverbend Hot Springs has a number of unique lodging choices for singles, couples, and small groups at several different budgets and tastes. All of our overnight accommodations are non-smoking and include discounted use of the private hot springs pools and free use of our public hot springs pools and grounds*

*Public pools may be closed for cleaning anytime (but usually on Thursdays from 10-1). Grounds (including patio, courtyard, and river pier) are subject to be closed to the public for private group use.

Room 3, our Triple Suite, is our largest, newest, and nicest room. It is a three bedroom apartment in our historic courtyard building with one queen and two full beds. Each bedroom has its own AC and heater. It is tiled and adorned with artwork, throughout. It's kitchen has a granite countertop and a full size fridge, perfect for extended stays. The bathroom has a full bathtub and a ceramic sink. It has a spacious living room with fouton couch, electric fireplace and a 42 inch LCD TV. It does not have a dining table but does have a large coffee table and several folding chairs and TV trays, as well as a small desk. It is the closest room to the springs.

La Casita (the little house) is a cottage that offers the most privacy of any of Riverbend's accommodations. It is located down the alley from Riverbend (approx. 200 ft from the springs), so it has its own private parking, but is surrounded by old neigboring properties. It has a king sized bed in the main room and a queen bed in a separate bedroom. It has a full kitchen with a four person dining table. It has laminate floors and porcelain tile throughout and is furnished with old west dressers and tables and amazing artwork by Mary Alice Winchell. Its shower is the largest at Riverbend. It also has it's own small private patio with tree, paved with flagstones and equipped with a grill and table and chairs.

Our King Suites are our most popular rooms for couples and singles. They are in the historic courtyard building and are among the closest rooms to the springs. Each has a king bed in a small bedroom, a sitting room with leather couch and coffee table, two cable TVs, and a small kitchen with breakfast bar. They feature artistic touches like faux finishes, old west furniture, ceramic sink, and porcelain tiled floors, countertops, backsplashes and shower, as well as digital wildlife photography by Ezy Blackbear.

Our Budget Doubles have two beds, perfect for families or small groups on a tight budget. Room 8 has two queen beds, a cable TV, and a large kitchen with picnic table. Room 9 features a king bed and queen bed in separate bedrooms and a fridge, microwave, and two TVs with Cable. They comprise half of a large, 1980s model, renovated mobile home. The third Budget Double, Room 7, has a queen and full bed in separate rooms with a fridge, microwave, and two TVs with Cable. It is part of a renovated 1960s mobile home with rustic old-west facade.

PLEASE READ OUR POLICIES

Every guest reservation is both important and special to us. However, your reservation is a contract with us, so please carefully read and understand the terms below, before continuing.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES:
There are additional nightly charges for dogs and for additional guests (beyond 2 guests). Be aware that the final charges may differ from your confirmation quote.
RESERVATIONS:
We are a small but busy Inn. We welcome your reservation when your plans are firm. All reservations require ONE NIGHT DEPOSIT charged at the time you make the reservation. Your credit card WILL BE charged after continuing.
CANCELLATIONS:
- Cancellations must be made by phone only. Cancellation requests sent via email may not be received and you may be charged for the room(s) reserved.
- If you cancel and do not receive a cancellation email, please call us to verify that your room was cancelled and that our email address for you is correct.
- Cancellations (includes: changing dates, shortening of stay, early check out, or "no show") must be made at least seven (7) days before your arrival date to receive a refund of your deposit, minus a $20 cancellation/processing fee per room.
- Cancellations during holiday periods and during special events must be made at least thirty (30) days before your arrival date to receive a refund of your deposit, minus a $20 cancellation/processing fee per room. There is also a two night minimum on many of these dates.
- Please understand that you must take full responsibility for your entire reservation for cancellations within 7 days of your arrival (or 30 days for holidays and special events). No exceptions!
GROUPS:
Group reservations (3 or more rooms) require a non-refundable deposit of one night or 50% of the total cost of the stay (whichever is greater), at the time of reservation and then full non-refundable payment of the balance, at least 30 days before your arrival date. Please email us for other group arrangements.
CHECK-IN/OUT:
Check-in is between 3:00-6:00 PM. Please call in advance to inquire about the possibility for a check-in outside of these hours. Check-out is at 11:00 AM. Due to our high occupancy rates and time needed to clean the rooms, late check-outs are simply not available.
SOAKING:
Public pool soaking is included with lodging during pool hours (8 AM to 10 PM) from your checkin time to 10 AM of your checkout day. Pools may be closed from 10 AM-3 PM for cleaning. Soaking after room checkout is available at regular rates. Private pools are available for rental from 8 AM to 10 PM and are discounted for current lodging guests.
PETS:
Small, well behaved and housebroken dogs (2 maximum) and their responsible owners are welcome. Please call us for details and for permission to bring your dog. Dogs WILL NOT be allowed to stay in vehicles. All dog owners must pay the dog fee and register the dog at the front desk before being allowed on the property. Cats are not allowed at Riverbend.
CHILDREN:
We welcome well behaved children age 12 and older. Unfortunately our riverside springs and grounds are not suited for younger children and infants. For the safety and comfort of all of our guests, parents must supervise their children at all times and keep them from running, jumping and shouting while here at Riverbend.
SMOKING:
Riverbend is NON-SMOKING indoors and outdoors. Burning candles and incense is also prohibited. Violators are charged a minimum of $250 restoration fee for smoking or for burning candles/incense indoors.
